So it can generate extra work for teachers rather than less.<BR/><BR/>One of the things we found in a project to <A HREF="http://www.verso.co.nz/elearning-capability/28/assessing-elearning-capability/" REL="nofollow">assess elearning capability</A><BR/>was that reusability hadn't really taken off despite receiving some major resources.
