Dear Rep. Reaven CARLYLE
What you do is great.
What on the earth the people in DC do not do the same thing.
There are 60 million K12 + 20 million HE students in the USA.
Your project solves the problem of HE in USA 60 % .

Can we access to your books from Turkey too.
We are willing to pay $ 4 with all our hearths .
Thanks for your response.

It seems project is going slowly.
It is too sad.
You can be example to other 50 states .

Everywhere in the world policy makers are slow. May be they have their own right to be like that .
